Shipping and Delivery

We get started on your artwork proof right away and will have a mockup ready for you to review within 24 hours. Once you have approved your artwork, our orders generally take 2-5 business days to be produced and shipped out. Our designers work hard to make sure your custom pet art is perfect before sending it to print. All of our orders are shipped with tracking information and you will receive your tracking number by email as soon as it’s available. If your order requires a new photo this will lengthen the production time.

Shipping prices and times can vary per product. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. We will email you to request a different shipping address if you provide a P.O. Box at checkout.
